I don't use any of your products, so I can't comment on them. However, I can give my enthusiastic endorsement for the store's manager and my personal stylist, Casey. I really can't say enough about her. I've never received a less than "exactly how I wanted it" haircut from her and she is an absolute artist and pro! I prefer my hair to be cut with scissors rather than shears, and it's not always easy to find a stylist who can still give them well and doesn't mind doing it, let alone expertly. Casey is very personable, efficient and accommodating and I always enjoy visiting with her and sharing stories. The store is always clean and the other stylists, even though I haven't used them, are all quite friendly and seem to enjoy their work. The ambiance of the store, to me, is that of a small town barber shop where friends meet and visit while enjoying the variety of services provided by your team. I've never really enjoyed getting haircuts and tend to put them off longer than I should, but Casey has shown me that the process of getting your hair cut can be a relaxing and stress reducing experience. I now find myself going more frequently as a result. One can sense a positive or negative vibe upon entering any place of business. This feeling is usually generated by the employees and projected to customers through various channels. When a store manager is doing a great job, it is reflected by and through the employees by their attitudes, facial expressions and abilities. As is true in all companies, the managers and upper management are the driving force behind employee satisfaction and training, which by direct extension translates into customer satisfaction or not. If a store's manager isn't doing a good job, it is readily apparent everywhere you look, if you know the signs. That's why it's so important and necessary to recognize exemplary managers and do everything you can to not only retain them, but reward them in the areas and ways which are considered by them, to be important. If their manager is also good, they will know what those things are, and do all they can to provide them. This empowering and recognizing of employees starts at the top and flows downhill. I'm sure you must be already aware of the real gem you have in Casey, and I hope you make her so happy there, she never wants to leave. Because as long as she is, you'll have a life long customer in me and my wholehearted endorsement of that store to others.
Amber is a professional that gives a great cut and keeps that shop in great order. She has good communication with her staff and always treats her employees and customers with respect.
I always get a good haircut and the staff are always pleasant to be around. It also is not overly expensive. I pay for a good haircut and that is what I get.

Great stylists - my faves are Alexx and Adriana — nice location! Great haircuts! I like the system of signing in online- but last two times there was a bit of a longer wait than stated when I scheduled online. Still, the stylists are worth the wait and I would not go anywhere else!
