Online check in is painless and easy. Upon arriving stylists will suggest still checking in to confirm customers appointment to ensure place in line, very courteous. My stylist (her name was Tiffany) in Shawnee, KS is very easy to talk to and does a fantastic job with personal preferences.
I didn't remember her name but did an amazing cut she gave me exactly what I asked for and nothing else she understood I wasn't a very talkative person and didn't push conversation any further and focused on her work which turned out amazing
I appreciate the manner in which the stylist treats me when I go for a haircut. She is professional and gives a great haircut. Rachel is does a wonderful job. I wish the check-in program functioned better. It should be replaced with one that is user friendly.
