What do you like about our services?

Fetch is always responsive to my email requests, and seems to be well staffed (I can always get a sitter if I book in a reasonable amount of time). I adore my pet sitter, and so do my pups! He always sends me pictures so I don't have to worry about my dogs (I have an irrational fear that they are left to fiend for themselves), provides daily updates via text, and the house is always clean and tidy when I return home (probably cleaner than I even left it!).

Excellent communications, reliable, available on short notice. Very flexible when our plans change (no fee for coming home early...). I also love that you keep track of the details of our pets, so we don't have to re-explain each time.

I really love the dogwalkers. I appreciate their communication and there forms they leave. They genuinely care about my pets!! They both inquired about my daughters dog, and thought that was great!!! I love the texts. I really love the professionalism of Cassie and Kathleen. I am so thank ful I found you!!!!!!! I think that you guys are superior to the walkers I have. Great communication with customer, very responsive to service requests. the person who usually watches my cats and fish, Jenny Johnson, just rocks: She's a fantastic communicator (daily reports), makes time to play with cats, also cares for fish (feeding) and place is very clean when I get home (keeps litterboxes clean). Can't say enough good things about her!

I thought that Monica was extremely professional and I could tell she really loved her job as a pet sitter. I felt 100% comfortable leaving my little dude with her after meeting her. I know that Buddy is looking forward to seeing her again!

Maria Andrews provided email updates that I loved receiving! She made me feel comfortable that my cat would be very well cared for so I could enjoy my trip. She even brought toys for him to play with.
