Thanks you Michele for braving the weather to take such good care of our outdoor cat buddy Wilson. Neither rain nor sleet nor gloom of early morning kept Michele from making her appointed rounds. We are so grateful that we can travel and know that our pet is cared for by someone as dedicated as Michele. Love the text messages, although it is easy to feel guilty for sitting on a sunny beach somewhere knowing that it is 10 degrees in Birmingham.

Our experience with Fetch! was better than we could have hoped for. From the first phone call to finalizing the details only took two days. It was incredibly easy but also thorough which helped ease our anxiety regarding leaving our fur babies for our three day trip. Kelly was absolutely phenomenal!! Our dogs were instantly at ease and came home happy, loved, and tired! We will absolutely be using you guys again.

All the assocaites we have worked with at Fetch Pet Care are wonderful. From working with Karen to our sitter Jocelyn, everyone has been so flexible and accomadating. We love the attention and love Jocelyn gives to Wilson. She is very thorough and the detailed report card is a nice treat for us.

I called in the evening just a few days before I needed services. Someone got right back to me and put me in touch with a pet sitter to set up a time to meet. Last minute was not a problem! And...Emperial, our pet sitter was the best pet sitter we have ever had. She walked into our house and knew just how to approach our barking dogs and shy kitties. She listened to all of my detailed instructions. I felt totally at ease leaving them in her care. She sent me photos and updates while we were gone. When we got home the house looked exactly as we left it (maybe better) and our animals responded to us like we never left. Everyone was calm and happy. We actually got home earlier than expected and Emperial had not left yet. One of our dogs looked like he wanted to leave with her! I will definitely use Fetch again.

Amber takes such great care of my cats and provides me with feedback on how they are doing. I have a diabetic cat that goes in and out of remission and she is very astute in watching for the signs when he does not need insulin. She is fabulous!

Donna sent emails for each visit with photos attached. Love that. Cats seemed relaxed when I returned, which is a huge plus. Donna also took notice that my flight home may have been canceled due to weather (it wasn't, thankfully), and told me to contact her if her services were needed for any additional time.
