Number one on my list is convenience. The local store is 5 minutes from my home. It is always a welcoming atmosphere. The stations are clean and the floor is always swept after each client so it doesn't look like some of the typical cheaper places. Not that the other places are much cheaper. Two dollars isn't going to kill my budget. Also, I like when I walk back into my home I get a compliment every time after going to Sport Clips. That's not necessarily the case if I go elsewhere. Keep up the good work. I enjoyed the person who cut my hair yesterday as the conversation was a good break away from world events.
The service was absolutely amazing, I couldn't ask for a better stylist. She was incredibly professional, and her experience reflection her work. All in all she's an absolutely amazing stylist.

The stylists that have cut my son’s hair have been wonderful with him. He used to have extreme anxiety getting his hair cut. They are very patient with him and explain to him what they are doing. I didn’t even need to wait inside with him this past hair cut.

Dalila at the San Ramon location cut my hair and she was fantastic. Place was very clean, they wiped everything down before I sat down and other patrons were 12 to 15 ‘ apart. I would definitely go back.
