How about what I don’t like? Your web site. I have been a customer at your shop since it opened and went to Dublin prior to that.
Not always but more than not your site is very difficult to deal with. Takes me a long to to pre register every time . I have to push the sign in tab 4/5 times before it finally works. Then every year since you installed the system I have never received my birthday reward. Fortunately your managers always give it to me. They always check to see if I am in the system and I always am but never get the reward. Once you recover from pandemic might be time for a new one.
