Destynee was awesome. The haircut and shampoo was excellent. All the employees always greet me when i walk in the door. It's a great atmosphere with lots of product. My only complaint would be that the massagers are a little outdated and don't have that much power.

I really do like that my cut is stored in the system so that the stylists can quickly refer to it instead of repeating myself each time. The MVP experiences are awesome and the staff is terrific.
I like the app and that I can pick my stylist. the app does get confusing because it shows an estimated arrival time and estimated wait time after I have checked in. The two can be very differnt from eachother. Another annoyance is that I am automatically signed in if I drive by the location and this has caused issues with my wait when I arrive. It would be great if there was an option to complete my checkin when I pull up. I have needed to turn off location services on the app to fix it.

The service: was amazing, Elizabeth, was very professional,friendly, amazing customer service, open to my ideas to see what she can work with, and made sure I was happy with my haircut before I left out of the chair. 1-10 she’s a 11

My stylist, Danielle, is careful and meticulous. I like the precise nature of her talent. I always leave satisfied with her work and the amount of time she spends on my appointment, not too long or too short.
