There’s a reason my boys and I keep coming back to this location. I get asked all the time where we get our haircuts, and I just saw a photo of some friends we recommended on the wall in front. Danielle and her staff always do an amazing job, and it makes it an easy decision every time. Destiny cut my hair for the first time, but she made it feel like the 20th time. She took the time to make sure everything looked right, and was clearly explaining her techniques as she was in full stride. We never have a preferred stylist, because we know anyone we get on any given day will go above and beyond doing a great job for us. Kudos to Danielle and her whole staff, would definitely make the trip to this location even if we lived farther away.

The efficacy of Dalila and ease of scheduling.
Like the ability to get an appointment with a particular stylist.
However, don’t like not knowing what days she’ll be there, nor the lack of ability to make appointments ahead of time. Makes getting a haircut difficult.

Delilah always gives a prescise haircut. I’m older, my hair is thinner and only an expert knows how to cut hair like this.
I love being able to watch games while I get my haircut. The hot towels are a nice touch and the stylist always take great care of me. Being able to check in online is great when it works. Some of your locations do not abide by the wait time. Your Pleasant Hill location was running an hour behind schedule and it completely ruined my plans for the day. But for the most part, your San Ramon location and even your Pleasant Hill location do a great job when they’re fully staffed. The time I had a problem in Pleasant Hill, there was only one stylist, and she was completely overwhelmed. I think I’ve had five haircuts from you guys so far and only one negative experience.
Oh, one other thing I wanted to point out. I used to manage a hair salon and corporate would ring my neck if I didn’t have a price tag on every single item for sale. Your Pleasant Hill location does not have pricing on any products in the store. The hour I sat there waiting. I watched several people pick up product look for price and then set it back down when they didn’t know how much that cost. Money is walking out your door. Put price tags on your products and send a regional manager around to all your shops to make sure they’re doing this otherwise you’re just wasting shelf space.

I don’t know anything about your products. I haven’t used any in my hair since the late 60’s or early 70’s. What I do like is the consistency of the haircut among the stylists because I always go first available. The hot towel, shampoo, and massage are excellent finishes to the great cut. Haven’t had a bad one yet
Dalila not only gets the best hair cuts but is extremely polite with her customers, I recommend any one to see her.
