I don't think I'll be back. The stylist aren't as good as they once were. My side burns are uneven again. It always seems like there are new people. Not worth the money, I can watch sports at home.

Keep better notes on how to cut my sons hair - quality/style varies a lot from stylist to stylist. Sometimes seems rushed.

I enjoy getting the MVP service when I go to any of your sites. I experience frequent migraines and the service is truly a way for me to relax and unwind a little bit. The people are very friendly as well.

You hired a First name removed (Kierland Village Center)! Your stores are set up to cater to the sports-loving manly-man and you push your MVP which includes a scalp and shoulder massage and yet you hired a First name removed! No straight male is going to appreciate an MVP from a First name removed. A haircut from a First name removed is okay, but a massage is out of the question. So, for the first time in years of getting MVPs, my last haircut was merely a varsity. I honestly don't know where my next haircut will come from. I enjoyed the MVPs, especially during stressful times at work. I know I could request a female stylist, but given the feast-or-famine staffing situation at most of your stores, this could be a deal-breaker.
Friendly people and responsive to the customers requests
I have gone three times now, and had two different people cut my hair and they all suck. I will not be returning. I don't get it. I can pay $25 to a real barber and one of a dozen in the area and they get it right every time even the first time I go in and explain what I want. After three tries with Sport Clips I have yet to get the expected out come. You provide nothing to separate you from a real barber, you actually offer less for the same price. You get hot towels and massages from them as well, you get TV's at chair which is better than yours, each TV is independent yours are not. I can get a straight razor cut on the neck, you only use clippers. You have no value add, for the price.
