I felt like the haircut was rushed. They didn't take their time. I paid for a VIP I expect VIP. NOt a rushed everything.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The hair stylists do not cut hair consistently. We have had several different people cut my kids hair and even though I ask for the same haircut every time, it is done correctly only about 50% of the time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It must have been a change by corporate forced upon the franchisees, but when we got my son
s haircut today they said that they no longer offer the $3 off that I redeemed by filling out the online survey the last time we go a haircut. There was no offer to make good, only a flat statement that "we don't honor those anymore". With no expiration date on the discount offer, you have no choice but to honor it.
