My hair stylist was very attentive to my needs. She was able to combine multiple accounts and also ensured me that my notes were updated for the next stylist. This has been an issue plaguing me for the last 6-9 months.

The hairstylists are always professional and personable. Solid customer service means there’s no doubt that the customer will receive quality product time after time. The one thing that’s missing is a vacuum for the neck! That would be the greatest customer service ever! Lol, that last sentence was a joke! I appreciate you all!
