Everytime I have been in I have been greeted promptly and everyone was very friendly. I have had two different people cut my hair and both were very professional and caring. They made sure I got a hair cut I liked and treated me like a very important person.
She cut my hair exactly like I asked her to. I really appreciate when stylist do that. I felt a little awkward being a woman getting a hair cut a what seems to be a predominately a mans shop. But I will go back since she did a great job. That is what matters most to me.

Love the services not too keen on the products. The hair gel (I don't think it's a gel but I can't think of what it is called) does not feel good when you run your hand through your hair (when dry)
