I have been coming to this store for a year. I just moved to this area last year and Sport Clips is the only place I have visited since I moved here. I have always been treated very professional yet personal. I have always waited for the first cosmetologist I had since my first visit, Sandra. There is usually a wait for her when I get there and I don't mind waiting. She is the best! If all of you workers were as good as Sandra is, there would be a full house. I'm not saying that the others aren't good at what they do, I'm just saying that in my opinion, Sandra is the best.
I'm not related to her or am I a personal friend of Sandra. But if I don't tell you how special she is to your business, you may not get the message. I'm not telling you how to run your business, but Sandra and her husband are expecting their first child. In order to keep your best employees, in my many years of working as a school principal, you find a way to pay them more. Pats on the back and gold stars don't pay the bills for a young couple beginning to raise a family. If I were in charge I would take care of my best worker and keep her so no one else steals her away with offering more money. Don't get me wrong, Sandra never has said that she was under paid or looking to leave. But I just know that an employee like her are very rare. And quite frankly I would follow her to her next place of employment if she were to leave.
