I have to say Kristen is the best hair stylist I've ever had. She is a master at cutting hair and the shampoo/head massage. From what I can tell, she also runs a tight ship and the rest of her team is spot on.

The staff makes the biggest difference. I have 2-3 regular stylist, but overall they are all very good and pleasant. Michayla listened to what I wanted and then provided great advice based on my hair style.

Prices on some of the products are too high. I can find the same product a couple of miles down the road at a very large and well-known retailer for a lower price. I would buy product more often if the prices were more reasonable.

Sadie was Awesome!!! She took her time to make sure my hair was perfect. She had a great personality which made me feel comfortable the whole time. I liked how she had knowledge about multiple different styles. I will definitely be back!

Rachel spent the time to understand what my son wanted for his haircut. He had had a bad experience before and was very concerned that he would not be happy with his haircut this time too. She checked with me during and after to be sure we were happy. When she was finished my son said that he loved his haircut and that she did a great job (he's 8 years old). He has never told me he loved a haircut so this was a big deal to him (and me).
The products and services are vary good because they had some fun things, like for Halloween they had some hair products that you throw into the air and it looks like spiderwebs. There is also a hair stylist that is very good. We get her every time.
