The restaurant has an upscale but relaxed ambience that makes it a cool place to have drinks after work and for dinner with friends. The wait staff and managers are professional, friendly and welcoming. My favorate, the bartenders are very knowledgeable of spirits, exceptional mixologist, and the most friendly bar staff in Atlanta. But of course, the outstanding food and cocktails are at the top what makes Alma Cocina such a great dining expereince.
The atmosphere was great and the food was even better! The waiters recommendations were spot on for us. Yum yum yum. A great place to enjoy a leisurely lunch with friends.

The setting is incredible... The staff always efficient, pleasant and consistent with the Fifth Group brand. The flavors always interesting... preparation consistently excelent... freshness superb... It was interesting this past visit that there were so many children present... great to see families out and about downtown... 'family' noise just not the usual fifth group context... no complaints... was just interesting :)

Food is great! They always make us welcome and are one of the few downtown restaurants that understand there are people eating there that live in Atlanta.

The food is always delicious! John is a great manager! Whether there is a complaint or a compliment he always listens and he always makes sure to fix any problems! He is always there as someone who cares about running an efficient restaurant all around! I love the cocktails and desserts (tres leches and pastel de elote) at Alma!! The restaurant is pricey but that is why I like that I get rewards from Fifth Group for dining! My favorite menu items are the butternut squash soup with lamb meatballs and elotes! I also love the steak tacos and the fried goat cheese! Next time I go I want to try the Mahi and Cod tacos!

I've eaten a lot of Mexican food. The tortilla soup was some of the best I've had. The mahi-mahi tacos were also excellent.
