Always enjoy your cheerful staff and my home is spotless when they leave. If I had to have a complaint it would be that I would prefer to have the same person each time in order to establish a relationship. However, I do understand the difficulty with scheduling your staff and customers and the pandemic.

Proficient and careful staff, unscented products, and strict protocol for the covid pandemic - a lot stricter than I thought, as I was expecting gloves, mask and social distancing, but not gloves for each room.
I felt the first cleaning in 8-12 weeks went very well.
I love the new disinfectant products. Smells fresh and clean like Tea tree oil. Our cleaner delaine was meticulous. we had a few months without our monthly service, and it was great to have it back.
The staff are very friendly and want to know which parts of the home need "special attention" on any given visit.

Even though both my husband and I are home 24/7 at this time we struggled to keep our tiny apartment clean. It's been, what? 10 years that you've been cleaning for us - so we had to buy a mop and bottles of stinky stuff and invent a whole slew of half-a$$ed cleaning procedures.
One professional Merry Maid cleaner did a much better job in just under 2 hours than the 2 of us have done flailing around at it ~10 hours/week. (Seriously it was like a Three Stooges movie only with one less stooge and more suds).

The Merry Maid people that clean our home are always pleasant. This past week Sophie did an amazing job while having to wear a mask & gloves due to the restrictions with respect to the COVID-19 Pandemic. I’m sure the mask was not easy to wear especially while vacuuming! I also saw all the time she spent disinfecting her gear prior to putting it in her car to leave.

Great service, always on time, very organised, personal card everytime is very nice too.
Workers are efficient and thorough; cleaning products are not highly scented and seem to work.
I do not know the actual products, however, the ones used in the oven and the shower leave no odor after about 10 minutes and do a very good cleaning job.
Services, well the majority of the time, Cheryl cleans for me and is very efficient, friendly and trustworthy. Overall I enjoy having Cheryl as my cleaner.
