Carpet freshener for vacuuming rugs. Fresh water per floor for mopping. Attention to spot cleaning south facing windows. Having a nice clean entryway rug, floor, closet, and stairwell. Mopping behind and under furniture. Dusting... We love it all.
I like how shiny the surfaces are; I like how the staff tidy/arrange my clutter; I like the fact that I cannot smell bleach or ammonia; I love the note they leave behind.
It is a reliable and efficient service.
All products seem to work well, but I particularly like the product used on our Dining Room table that brings out the luster of the table top.

Friendly quick service, a bit lacking in detail but that's what you get for speed.
Attention to detail would be the only improvement needed.
We like the lemon oil that you used to use on the stainless steel we like the fact that the products used are septic-field safe.
Heather had not been warned about not touching the paintings that have no glass over them. Fortunately i was able to avoid a problem with the one that is most vulnerable. This was a request made at the beginning of your work with us.
Also, please pass on the information about how to open the gates when ready to leave the premises - drive close to the black metal bar on the low wall on the right of the gate.

I admire the hard work it took to regig your whole business after the restrictions of Covid 19 set in. I was not as pleased with this last clean but I know it is a huge adjustment for her to work alone rather than with another. I know it will take some time to come up to the standard of past teams and I will be patient. :)

She filled our hearts on her first post covid visit when our indoor cat was missing. She was so supportive while we were running all over in a terrible state of worry. Happily the cat was discovered between the ceiling and the floor of the basement and the first story of the house.
It was a strange experience but we were so grateful for her kindness that day.
When we calmed down we were delighted to be in a sparkly clean house again!
The communication when coordinating cleans is exceptional and Merry Maids are always quite reliable. Our cleaner is always very friendly and courteous, taking great care in the work she does and continuously asking if there is anything that can be improved upon.
