I appreciate the professionalism of the "maids;" They are energetic, thorough, and considerate. I also appreciate the management that the company provides: the reminder calls the day before, and the assurance that we will indeed have maid service on the day expected. There's no need for me to make other arrangements if someone is sick or otherwise unavailable. I am pleased that we almost always see Vanessa, and now we have seen Flora with her several times. The familiarity and consistency contribute to a very positive experience.

The two Merry Maids who come to my house are very professional, efficient, and do an excellent job of cleaning. In addition, they are very careful with my things and have never broken or damaged anything.
Timely and clean every time
Although I am ultimately happy with the service,the lovely team, and the efficiency, there are a couple of little details that they miss. It is not enough to complain, but it would be so nice if they noticed little things like the decorative mirrors in the bath that should be cleaned....things like that.
