Merry Maids are licensed, bonded and insured. All workers are background-checked and trained. If you have an issue with your service or your housekeepers, you can deal with it through the office who knows how to manage your concerns. I have used Merry Maids for almost 10 years now and have been very happy for the most part. When I had an issue, I notified the office and they resolved it which in one case meant replacing my cleaning team with another one more sensitive to my specific needs.
My team always arrives when scheduled, are clean and professional, friendly and willing to attend to any special requests if within their scope of responsibility to do so. Often they go above and beyond my expectations, but if they fall below them, you can tell them next time or call the office. I prefer to leave when my team is here because they move so fast and clean so thoroughly, I feel like I am just in the way of their progress. If I could move that fast and be so focused I would not need them, but I am not.
I am single and often away when they are here. I trust them completely to do their job without supervision and to lock up my house when they leave. They do in a few hours what it would take me 3 days to do to clean my house. It may seem pricey, but it's worth it to have a clean house and more time to attend to my personal and professional interests.
These last girls did a good job even with the lights out in the bathroom. The were co-operative and helpful while I had my lunch.. I would recommend them to friends.

The Merry Maids are miracle workers! My house has never been this clean ever! I had a construction cleaning after my kitchen remodel. Besides construction dust, I know I had "every day" dust that had accumulated over the days/years. Every surface of my home was spotless!The three ladies who were assigned to my house cleaning were efficient and very thorough. I didn't smell any chemicals during or after the cleaning. I was amazed at the quality of work they did. I will definitely be using Merry Maids again and recommending them to friends and family.

The cleaning team who comes to my house are always prompt, courteous and hard working. They are more than happy to do anything extra which I may ask of them. They are trustworthy....I have no problem having them in my house when I am away. They are kind to and thoughtful regarding my 18 year old cat. I appreciate these lovely ladies very much.
Always there as scheduled, but I do think it is expensive compared to other companies.
The ladies are on time, go right to work, and are very efficient. Vanessa is a treasure!
