I am usually thrilled with the service I receive from my Merry Maids, however, this past service was not the best. I did not have my regular team and the gals who came were late, rushed through my house and it showed. I don't think it is possible to clean two bathrooms and four bedrooms in 20 minutes and do a good job. Lots was missed...window sills undusted, half a bureau dusted, etc. etc. etc. But inspite of this lousy job, I would sill recommend Merry Maids. I was offered another cleaning free of charge to make things right, but I declined. My usual team is great. They will happily do anything I ask and they make my house shine. They care and take pride in their work. So, one bad job is not a reason to drop a great company.
The girls have become family. We have a lot going on in our lives. Amber and Gina are life savers for us. Just when I think I am go under water, they show up and put it all back together. They have exeeded my expectations. I can not imagine life without them. These 2 represent your brand beyond your call of duty. Mr CEO take a moment to recognize these 2 amazing team members.

Your employees are always so friendly and courteous. And they always show such patience with our dog. They often go above and beyond what I would expect from them. I'm sometimes surprised by something I discover they've done after they've been here! I also appreciate that the use of "green" products in our home.
