I love the flexibility of scheduling and rescheduling. I love the rewards system (although it took a month for my teenager to get her itunes card!). I love that my kids like to go. I love the results.
The staff at Sylvan is always helpful when I need to change my son's schedule. They respond promptly to all correspondences. Not only that, but Aidan really likes attending Sylvan because the instructors make his experience enjoyable. Believe it or not, He even asks to stay longer!

Seattle Sylvan has done a very good job of listening to our concerns, assessing our daughter's skills and quickly putting together an appropriate plan.
