My experience thus far with Merry Maids has been good. Jaime is wonderful in helping me keep track of when exactly the crew is supposed to come and she listens when things don't go as planned. My only concern is and has been how quickly everything is done. While the team is very proficient, I often come across missed things but the overall job is very, very good.
Your dependability. Whenever the regular person, Rebecca, can't come you send others who do a good job. Whenever I need something special done, Rebecca willingly does it.
The ladies who clean my house are very careful to place items back in their original location. My house is much cleaner than if I would have cleaned it. They do a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the service and wished I would have called them sooner.
