You have always done a good job
I recently had my air ducts cleaned. the technicians showed me their filters so I could see what they pulled out. They didn't remove as much dirt, dust or debris as they do in other homes. They said that I must keep my house really clean. I do, and that is due in large part to my MerryMaids team.

Excellent job. I feel like they’re family. They really care about you as long as you treat them with respect. However, since some of their products have changed, I have not liked the smell, especially air freshener which used to smell great. But, it’s worth it because it works well.

I had had Merry Maids clean my home for nearly 20 years, then a friend’s daughter began a cleaning business, and I felt that I had to support her. I hadn’t fully appreciated how well-run and organized Merry Maids was until I had this experience. After returning to Merry Maids (after my new cleaner decided she didn’t want to clean private residences), I found things were cleaned that had been missed over the intervening time - and I didn’t even have to ask them to clean those things! I’m happy to be back!
The ladies who clean are very friendly and do a nice job cleaning. They always ask what room I would like them to focus on. The office ladies are also very friendly and make changes to my cleaning schedule, as I request.
Amanda and Katie are ver nice and good at their jobs.

My Merry Maids team is fabulous! They are friendly and professional and do a phenomenal job of cleaning! The days they clean are my favorite time of the month. It is wonderful coming home to a really clean house!

I am almost never home so I have no idea what brands are used. Over the past 15+ years I've been a customer, I've had very few complaints about the quality of cleaning, and I've been very pleased with the particular Merry Maids Office with whom I work. They are a great group.
However, I am not so happy about the repeated emailed requests for feedback. I've sent in two recent, and more detailed, feedback requests--the last by mail about a week ago. The team that cleans my home was rated quite high.
I can only guess that these emails are coming from some corporate headquarters. You need to stop this. If you continue to hassle me with emailed feedback requests, you'll have one less customer and THAT'S what I will be telling my friends and associates!
