That young ladies that came into our home were fast and efficient and seem to enjoy their work. The follow up on the service that day was a nice surprise and appreciated.

This week was tough. Our scheduled appointment had to be postponed due to weather. The team came two days later. It was a late day for them, but they got the job done. Flexibility in service is a plus.

One product for everything
The service was a gift for my son who is in the Navy and sometimes away for long periods. He was very happy with the service he received and said things were "sparkly".
Linda has been doing a great cleaning job for us! HOWEVER, SOMETHING HAPPENED ON FEB 12 THAT WAS NOT GOOD, THAT WAS NOT HER FAULT!
Linda drove a MM truck. Since this had never before been an issue, parked in the driveway only a short distance from the front of our garage. When she finished work and tried to leave, she discovered the battery was dead in the truck. She tried a number of times to start the truck to no avail so she finally phoned me and asked if I knew anyone who could jump start the truck. The thing is, Linda had already tried to call the MM office before she called me but got no response.
All this was a problem for us because I had to be able to get out of the garage about 45 minutes later to take my husband to a medical appointment and there was no way I could get our car out past the Merry Maids truck. I did the only thing I knew to do which was to call our elderly neighbor to ask if he could help. He came as soon as he could because he is very kind but I was embarrassed to have to call him. I asked Linda a couple of times if she had heard back from you but as far as I know she never did as long as she was still at our house.
Linda didn't complain but I am complaining!
It is WRONG for one of your employees to be unable to contact someone from the office in an emergency. There is no reason you can't make sure someone is always available to answer questions or provide help. In our case you couldn't have gotten help here in time anyway for Linda to move the truck so we could get to our appointment on time. I'd have had to cancel if our neighbor hadn't come. But that isn't my point. My issue is that you didn't even answer Linda when she needed to let you know she had a problem.
Our neighbor was happy to help but it was an inconvenience for him. As I wrote, I was embarrassed to ask him to help someone who had been working for us, from a company that should do better. I probably should just have canceled our appointment instead of bothering him. But my point is that your employee needed help and advice and you didn't supply that in a timely fashion. If you had responded, I might have known how long it would take for a road service company to get to our home to help your employee and perhaps I could have rescheduled my husband's appointment for a couple of hours later. As it was, Linda could have been there for hours! And what if I hadn't been home? Linda would have been stuck in our driveway for goodness knows how long. We live in a small neighborhood and this one neighbor is the only one home in the daytime most days.
I hope you will change your operation and that in future someone will always pick up the phone when an employee calls. It's disconcerting to me, as your client, to know you don't support your employees this way when they are visiting client homes. I hope this was a "one-of" aberration but I'm sure it isn't because I have tried to call your office a few times during the work day and there has been no one there.
(And yes, in future I will ask Linda to park in a different place!)

The people and the products are professional and helpful each visit. On the rare occasion that I call the office, they are knowledgeable and accommodating. The ladies reach out (literally) to get areas of our home that are difficult for me to get. They are easy to have around and we are comfortable with them, too.
The women who clean are friendly and do a great job.
The reliability of your service; the fact that the same people come to my house month after month; that I have seen a supervisor visit to spot check; the integrity of the Merry Maids staff; that my house, esp. kitchen and bathrooms are really clean!

Great cleaning team! I don't know what products re used.
They were amazing. I have ADHD and have a really hard time with cleaning. I came home and was so happy to have such a clean space. I have also been able to maintain it for 2 weeks. (May not feel like accomplishment for some people, but it’s huge for me.) The people who were cleaning accidentally broke something (which I do all the time), and they left a nice note with exactly what to do if it was a problem. I was able to fix the item with super glue, and I really appreciated their honesty.
I found Dawn and Crystal quick ,pleasant, and they did a reasonably good job.
A thorough job is always performed, with respect shown to our specific household’s preferences.
