Patty knows me and knows my dog and knows my house. She attacks my dirt pain points and makes sure that my house looks great when she's done. This isn't always an easy task - though I do try to de-clutter for her before she comes (with two boys, that's a must). I have been so pleased with Merry Maids and their service, I pay for them to do my Mom's condo once a month as well (different location/state, but same great personal and personable service).

Team is very consistent with arrival time. They are friendly, quiet and never use their phones. Usually they do an outstanding job although very rarely they may miss something. I like the nice little kindnesses they do for us.
