The team arrived on time and immediately went to work. I like the detail and effort that the ladies put towards cleaning. My home was left smelling sanitized and everything was neat. The floors were cleaned very well and the bathrooms and showers were cleaned very well. The kitchen was also cleaned well overall I am pleased with the services that I received and I’m planning to make another appointment soon.
It would be nice of they had little dollar store trash bags to put back in the smaller trash cans in each room after they take them out. Also pull the blinds back down after cleaning the windows. Little inconveniences but they matter after an otherwise great service.
I was pleased with the amount of things done in the time the one representative did. I was expecting two person team to keep me from having to keep my dogs away from their home.
If another type of floor cleaner is available I would like to try it. My floors had a film on them that was tacky.

What I DON'T like is whatever you used on the back of my stove took the shine off.
What I do like is everything, because I am disabled and can't do an of it.
We have used numerous house cleaning services during my career, but Merry Maids has been the best experience ever. The manager, Sue, was extremely easy to work with in scheduling our cleaning. The email updates were reassuring. The cleaning service, done by Gwen, was outstanding. She thoroughly cleaned every surface in our house. When she was done, our house was in mint condition. She is, by far, the best person we ever worked with. Merry Maids provided a quality control person, who inspected the final work and made sure we were satisfied. We never had this before with any service. The best feature of all, is there is no pressure from annoying salespeople to force you into signing up for weekly cleaning services. Merry Maids obviously relies upon customer satisfaction for repeat business. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are 10+ and I highly recommend them.
The women worked quickly, but constantly, and did not spend time talking. Everywhere I checked, everything was spotlessly clean. They even took the knobs off my stove and completely took my refrigerator apart and cleaned it. They went about their business quietly and efficiently.

I was so pleased with the team from Merry Maids, Jessica and Lorena! They arrived right on time, got right to work and were so meticulous. I loved how they paid attention to details not only of cleaning but nice finishing touches. It all made me enjoy my house again! They were eager to know just what I wanted done. They were careful and thorough. I can't wait for them to come back.
