I'd appreciate more warning time of when and tracking for my cleaner. Currently, my cleanings occur early in the morning and I often do not get warning until that morning and the cleaner being less than 30 minutes away.
If there is a time estimate/window, I'd like 24 hour notice that is the time window I should expect them.
I thought my house was fairly clean, but I came back to find it sparkling. I am really happy with the service, and the individual who provided the services was great.

The cleaning person was fine. The products - I believe that CLR or some other product should have been used and available to remove calcium buildup from the tub surface and faucets and showerhead. As a result, I will have to finish the job myself.

The clening team arrived on time, did a thorough job cleaning. VWEre very conscientious. The cleaning peromn build a rapport with one of the persons who resides at the the site cleaned and he allowed her entry to clean his room. That is a HUGE deal! Everyone was very friendly and we are very happy with our results.
