scent is subtle snd I believe natural ingredients. I have emphysema so strong scents are a no no. Christina and Cheyanne are excellent cleaners: thorough, efficient, do over and above. They are kind, respectful are always pleased with their company as well as their thoroughness.
They do a very good job. It is very obvious when they have cleaned because everything shines.
My cleaning person does a great job and is pleasant to have in my home. I like the way my bathroom and kitchen particularly look fresh and clean when she leaves. The products she uses do an excellent job. I would have given your service the top mark but because of your pricing situation where you have to come every two weeks or charge me more if I ask for the third one to be skipped. This is a small house and I do not believe it gets more difficult to clean if a week is missed. November is an example of having 3 cleaning times, that's a struggle for me.

Your Team was at my home yesterday for an "in-depth cleaning" and they were fabulous. My house just sparkles. I will see you all again. I used Merry Maids when I lived in Ellicott City. I can't believe it took me so long to come back. I am pleased with their cleaning methods and products. If you are on the fence about having a cleaning service, Merry Maids is the one.

I’m impressed with the Team that comes to my home to give me service. They are very thorough and make sure that we are satisfied before they leave. I am also pleased with the time of day they come, especially, how the person in charge of scheduling tries to accommodate me.

I like the fact that you rarely cancel. If someone calls out you use a sub or just send one of the team. I don't want to clean my house at the last minute when company is expected the next day.
However, I must say the quality of attention to the cleaning is not what it used to be. For instance, I recently noticed that my trash containers in the bathrooms were emptied but the bags were not replaced. I have had to remind teams to dust the blinds and replace the plug they unplug to use the vacuum.
