I have been very pleased with the Marry Maids services over the past three years. The scheduling process is easy and flexible for me when necessary. The Merry Maid workers arrive promptly. They work either as a single cleaner or as a team of two. They are friendly and cheerful, quick and thorough. They always respond positively to requests for special attention to a particular area of the home. I am satisfied with the results of each cleaning -- and have the opportunity to express concern afterward via an e-mail evaluation system. As I said before, I am extremely satisfied with the Merry Maids services. I would gladly recommend them for any of my friends or colleagues in the Biltmore Lake community.
