The cleaners were on time, very friendly, and worked hard. I noticed a few places that they missed, but they were quite willing and eager to redo those areas.

Personality the staff cannot be beat.....The last time I was really sick, but did not want to cancel their service date. BUT, suffering with an illiness and fibromyalagia led me to not check after service, however most time I never do. BUT this time there was two new people. Whomever cleaned the master bathroom did not put the mats back on the floor. One of the mats is the length and one half wide and a small one in front of the sink. BOTH were left on the hall cedar chest half folded, (boy) was I not smiling. Of course I know it was simply a forget act by one of them. (Which we all are known of doing at some time or another) I WILL NOT EVER WANT TO DROP THE SERVICE OF MERRY MAID. i CAN COUNT THE TIMES OF NOT BEING PLEASED ON LESS THAN ONE HALF HAND of all the years of service. Please do not over speak/harshly to the ladies. Thank you. First name removed
I like the fact there is no strong scent of cleaning materials after the maids are done.

The cleaning crew was professional and efficient and did a nice job with my unit. They treated everything with care and went above and beyond reaching some places that most cleaners miss (like removing things to dust underneath, cleaning under desks etc). The owner and everyone I've dealt with has made things easy also. I am very pleased!
The Merry Maids were genuinely polite, which was refreshing when dealing with a business. They were resilient, polite, fast, (and reiterating polite), and professional.

I wish I could afford bimonthly visits. The floors, baths and kitchen surfaces get done. Sometimes corners are left with a little dust on the bedroom mirror shelves . The house smells fresh. The living room sofa still had crumbs between the cushion creases after the last visit but I did not request that it be done. This is my 1st time having the service but not my husband's. We are newly married so we will be sure to discuss what is really needed. I would appreciate information on what the normal cleaning expectation should be. I try to clean two weeks in between visits.

I had a not so great experience with another team. The leadership team was able to have somebody come into my house and clean and it was so wonderful to feel heard and to have such amazing people do such amazing work.
