It's extremely important to do business with a company that is professional, thorough, AND make it easy to contract with. Merry Maids hits all 3 of these critical factors +10! I especially appreciate the ease in being able to contract with Merry Maids. Having text reminders, a text to be able to track the service technician and the flexibility in scheduling. The technician who performed our cleaning did an excellent job and even left a personal note for us which left a personal touch. We were so very impressed with the technician, the performance and the overall company service delivery that we contracted for a second property. I've shared my experience with my network of professional contacts and my personal friends. I highly recommend Merry Maids and will be using their service on a more frequent basis.
I like all of your services and products you use cleaning my home. I do wish you could send a recurring group of cleaning professionals. It would be nice to become better acquainted with a group I see regularly.
