As far as products, Demi listened to my preferences regarding floor care, wood furniture and copper sink care as I do not like any cleaners used other than manufacturing guidelines.
Heavy oil cleaners for my wood are awful due to the gravel road dust.
I called Merry Maids for a move-in cleaning for a home we purchased. The team showed up in a timely manner, they were friendly and they did a great job! I found no problems during the walk through. I loved that they used lemon oil on all of the wood cabinets.

First of all the communication is outstanding! From contacting me for a quote to deciding to move forward and setting my clean dates to the day of my first clean. I came home to a clean smelling home and it was just what I had requested. I knew when my team would be coming which was great. No issues at all! The house keepers were very nice and personable. I enjoyed how good the house smelled afterwards.
I would however would like a little more attention to details in some areas. That's not a big deal at all. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The cost was more than was quoted. I will do a better job of confirming next time.

They did a great job on the deep clean up of our house after we moved. Since we moved out-of-state there was no way to get back to get things cleaned without purchasing supplies and borrowing a vacuum cleaner, etc. The house looked and smelled great when they were done. I would highly recommend.
