She then follows up on those requests to the best of her ability. It is so gratifying to come home to a house that has obviously been cleaned well. Jae and her Team continue to demonstrate that they value our business and desire to keep us very satisfied with the quality of their work. We would also like to thank Theresa for her flexibility in changing our scheduled cleaning to an alternate date, allowing me to fly to Minnesota for my mother’s 99th birthday! ❤️
The cleaning job was excellent, I had a large dust buildup. Not sure which cleaning solvents were used but there was nothing in the air that was bad. Having a lung disease, both cleaners made sure I was completely comfortable. Can’t wait to have them back!

I just submitted a general review. I really appreciated the work done by Shelby and Kaylee. They were on time and called when they completed the apartment. They found all the things I was looking for that I had left in a bag in the apartment. So relieved! Moving is such a job. It helps to have help. Shelby also answered the questions about my cleaning concerns I tipped them in person. I will always recommend the Merry Maids to other people. You are the best when it comes to cleaning!!
