The team is always friendly and they work super hard. I sometimes even hear humming or whistling while they work and that makes me happy. Mostly, they do a really good job cleaning and do not seem phased by my giant piles.

The ladies always do a thorough job and will do re-clean anything asked but that is rarely necessary. The product used in our master bathroom has a pleasant and mild scent (not overpowering). But I do miss the cinnamon scent Leticia used to use as I could smell it for the next two to three days and it was very uplifting.
