My rating of 10 was based on my initial cleaning with Merry Maids. The initial cleaning was spectacular. I am very pleased. I did not question the team as to what types of cleaning methods were used, I just know everything was specially cleaned. I also noted that some things were polished or cleaned as never before with other companies.

Mery Maids are always on time and well prepared for your home even if a new team arrives. All information about how cleaning areas are to be done is in their information book so no need to repeat any information. Everything is cleaned to perfection; they take their time and use very environmentally friendly products. The rugs look like new when they are done.
