Joey is always on time - or a little early. She works alone, except when training, and does an excellent and fast job. If I have something extra I need help with, she will do that job for me too. She makes daily living easier ( and cleaner!) for us. Thank you!
I have used Merry Maids for the past five years and have been pleased with their personnel and their detail to work ethics. The cleaning supplies they use are superior as well. If I require a special product to be used, I supply it and they use it when they are in our home.
If you want attention to detail, they are the perfect company to use!

Consistency of staff and the use of decent products that seem safe on all the applied surfaces. Have used MM since moving to Folsom in 2002.
Price, reliability and finished product. I provide my own glass top cleaner and shower cleaner for one of my showers, vinegar and windex. The shower is made of a synthetic material, sensitive to harsh cleaners.
