I appreciated how prompt, thorough and efficient they are. A few minor things were missed but since there was so much to clean it was okay. I was able to finish up those chores quickly. The overall cleaning was done well. So good to have a clean home in time for the holidays.

My new Merry Maids (Jamie and Rachel) are totally awesome! My grout has never been so clean in the kitchen. when I mentioned I was concerned about how dark it was getting, Jamie told me she would take care of it by using Dawn and a scrub brush. She did an awesome job! They do a fantastic job for us. I always look forward to them coming!

I was very please with the thorough and professional way these two ladies cleaned my home of 28 years, from top to bottom, after we moved out. Since I know the new owners, it was very important to me that the house was left scoured.

Considering it was a suppose to be a deep clean, there were some items that were perhaps overlooked. Overall, in general, the house looked great. The shower and glass in the master bath was beautiful! So sparkly.
A couple issues: In my front entrance there is a bench for shoes that can be sat on. Under and behind it hadn't been cleaned. Tables like nightstands in the office hadn't been moved to clean under. The armoire in my bedroom was dusted only in the front. So half of it against the wall was still dusty. The drawer under the oven hadn't been wiped off.
All in All I was pleased and the house received many compliments as to how clean it looked.

Jamie is very professional as she cleans our house thoroughly and quickly. The products she uses are great because they don't leave any residual chemical odors but seem to do the job very well. we like Merry Maids!

We have been using Merry Maids for 5 years now. We started with asking them for help cleaning up after redecorating after we had a flood. I was so impressed that i hired them to come every other week. Lucia is our Merry Maid and she is spectacular. Our home shines and sparkles after she is done. Love the products used.

THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. AT TIMES THE VACUUMS SHED CLUMPS OF DUST BUT IT IS NOT A BIG ISSUE. YOUR WORKERS ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND DO DILIGENT WORK.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

The job that was done was over the top! I have had a lot of housekeeper and maids over the years and feel like I should know they were at my house when I walk in. They one upped every maid I've ever used and I'm excited to go forward with such a top notch professional service.
