We came home to a sparkling clean home. And, it smelled good too! I loved that the oven, microwave and fridge were all clean inside and out. I inspected all the nooks and crannies, and I didn't find a bit of dust or dirt left. The wood surfaces were shiny and cleaner than they have ever been! I was thrilled with the results.

After a back injury I wasn't able to keep up on the house. Merry Maids saved my life. They got everything caught up and went above and beyond the agreed services to help me get pots and pans from the bottom cabinet up to where I can reach, and grab things that had fallen where I can't reach.

The whole team(the deep clean took a lot of people!) was great, professional kind and quick to communicate about any issues or questions they had.

The two employees that came on the day scheduled did not clean as described in the contract for the deep cleaning. After taking pictures and calling the main office they scheduled someone else to come the next day. She more than made up for the first two. Chasady did an exceptional job and Crystal was awesome to work with. I would recommend your service and hope the employees that show up are as great as Chasady and Crystal.
