From the start, I felt the company operated very well. I requested they come after 1:30 and they made that happen. Ashley and Joshua came to my house on Friday, June 16th. They were very professional and did a really great job. Ashley cleaned all the surfaces in my space and even vacuumed between the couch cushions, which was well beyond what I had asked or expected. Johsua did a fantastic job in the bathroom, which was an area that needed special attention due to the recent plumbing disaster.
I had previously had a cleaning service attempt to clean my apartment and it was an utter fail. They didn't move the toilet brush cleaner (which was located on the floor next to the toilet). When I moved it, you would see a red ring from the dust that had come from the ceiling pipes. It was obvious they didn't mop. They were very affordable however, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
Merry Maids was worth the money. I am happy with the service I received and will request Ashley and Joshua again in the future!

Joshua and the team consistently do a very good job cleaning my house.
I have had some very good cleanings and some very mediocre cleanings. The variance disappoints me. When I have complained and tried to get satisfaction I haven't always felt respected by the team that followed. Once my husband was in the basement and apparently the girls did not realize because not only did he listen to them trash talk me for my complaints but they left after 50 mins and never came back. Then they left me a lovely note thanking me for noticing and stating they stayed 3 hours. My home is undoubtedly a mess so at this time I only have the main rooms cleaned, no bedrooms. So I expect that in 2 hours the main rooms will be done thoroughly. I do notice. I hired Merry Maids in an effort to help me get control of my messy house. I have had some great teams and some terrible teams. But I expect ALL teams to treat my home just as they would a ritzy, spotless, mansion. They have 2 hours to clean however much of my house is available to be cleaned. At this point my husband and I are on the fence about continuing. If I hadn't had such a great team last Wednesday I think I would have already decided to discontinue.
Our experience has been very pleasant with good work, nice people and fair pricing.

I moved into a new place that was left very dirty by the previous tenant and when I called Merry Maids they were there the very same day and made my new home sparkle. The landlord thought the walls had been painted, they were so clean!

Overall, the house cleaning was very good, the only problem with the cleaning service is that the basement was not cleaned.

I had to complain 4 times that the doors were being left unlocked when the Merry Maids left my facility.
I also had issues with the quality of the cleaning in several occasions and though management did step in and correct it I couldn't continue after the 4th time the door was left unlocked.
When I emailed to cancel my service I was accused of leaving the door open myself which was outrageous (merry maids are the only ones who enter through that door as it doesn't even face our main parking lot) - on top of it being pretty rude to a customer it's also a blatant lie as they were the only people in the studio and it's clearly an issue that is reoccurring.
Really disappointed.
Prior to your cleaning, everywhere I looked in my home was dusty. Now everywhere is clean!
I have already expressed my frustration. I am extremely dissatisfied with the owners response . So I am certain that I will tell everyone to go elsewhere for a cleaning . Or st least to another franchise . Very poor move on the management side . You should always go by the phrase
" Customer is always right "- even if you don't agree and in my case their is no way people do not agree with me .
When calling to confirm a cleaning job, it's helpful to the customer to be reminded of who is coming to do the cleaning and the time they will be coming.
It would be great if the person scheduled to do the cleaning could bring with them the invoice to give to the customer as a receipt.
Personally, I do not want to call or send an email after each cleaning to request an invoice.
I really liked the 2 employees that came to my home. They were very personable and did a great job cleaning.

I have repeatedly asked to be informed if a new team is coming to my home but my request has been ignored. Last Wednesday a new team arrived. Although they had a written plan of what was to be done they had many questions which deserved to be answered. My home is very large and not all parts of it need to be cleaned on a regular basis. If I had not been home, I think your team would have struggled to do the job. I am not always home when the team comes to clean but if I knew a "new" team was coming, I would try to be there to answer any questions they most likely would have.

I don't know what products you use. Maybe someone can give me a list since I do now
have little grand children that I want to keep safe. Lately the two people that come
to my house Joshua and Paul leave my house clean and smelling fresh.

I have already called and talked to someone in regard to the cleaning. At this point I have nothing else to say. I did not put anything out there for the world to see. But if someone asked me I would have to say that for what I asked you to do and what was done and the money spent it was not worth that.
