I appreciate the service I get, from Brenda and also sometimes Karen. They do an excellent job, for which I am grateful. This past Friday, we had requested to be first house on the list. Brenda got tied up, because of an accident on the interstate, and didn't get to our house until about 9:45am. We had to leave by 11:00, so she said she would work quickly. She finished, just in time, and I feel she still did an excellent job, even though she was rushed. Thank you, Brenda, for that. And thank you, Karen for the times you have helped out, when Brenda was not available!

Since day one with your Company, We have always had very good service. If we ask for something special, they will try to accommodate our request. I would not expect them to go against your policies. We have had different personnel and I can say, that we have always been entirely satisfied.

I like how clean they keep the floors. Do not use cleansers that would damage our sinks showers or tub.

I like that there isn't s team. I like that one person the same person comes to the house. I like that her products are used so I dont have to worry about stocking them and that she has her own equipment too.

Karen is consistent and ensures that bathroom and kitchen are clean. Two spot that are most visible and also get the most use by guests.

She was also went above and beyond when my mother was staying with me. I had to leave my mom alone while I ran to pick my student. While I was away Karen came to clean and when my mother had a blood sugar incident Karen helped her.

My Merry Maid "Mickie" is the BEST! It's so great to come home after a long work week on Friday evening to a sparkling clean and wonderful smelling home!

Attention to detail. I have been more than impressed with the entire service. I would also recommend Ashely to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Ashley goes well beyond my expectations every week. She is just great.

I am not sure about the products that are used because there is no scent, no residue or any other evidence that a product was used. It is just clean and shiny.
