I'm very happy with your service. Lori does a great job. The products you use seem fine for most cleaning. I find that I need to treat my thirsty antique furniture to regular doses of lemon oil. Polish doesn't provide what old wood needs to survive.

We absolutely love our MERRY MAID. She is friendly, funny, punctual, does sensational work, very professionally. Her name is Kayse and we recommend her an 11 (but your scale doesn't go high enough). My husband and I are both retired and disabled and are extremely happy every tuesday when Kayse arrives to clean our home. Since I'm on oxygen and dialysis, and my husband also has breathing problems, having a dust-free house is a priority. Kayse keeps this in mind, when cleaning, changing our bedsheets, dusting, vacuuming, scrubing floors, etc,etc,etc. We simply have found a "friend" who truly seems to care about us. I like that the same person comes back to your house all the time. They get to know your house, and your needs, one thing that I wish could be changed, is that the only dusting that they due is dry cloth dusting. I find that dusting that way, doesn't last very long. There are many new dusting sprays out on the market, that are safe for all kinds of surfaces. When a dusting spray is used it stays cleaner much longer, and looks nicer. I also found that what ever product they were using on the mirrors was leaving hudge smear marks, and I had to go back and re-do them. The first time they come two people clean together. The woman that is going to be doing my cleaning is very nice!! I also thinks she really pays attention to detail.
Very quick initial response to my inquiry by Michelle. Representative came out the next day to give me a quote. Very professional and pleasant personality. First name removed (my cleaner) seems to be doing a great job so far and is accommodating to my requests of what preferences I have for things not being done and being done (i.e., not lining trash cans with plastic bags, not to wind cords around hair styling appliances, wiping clean the dish drain board in the kitchen, etc.) I'm very pleased with your services and you made the transition to your company very easy and efficient.
