I like that my house gets clean all over at the same time, unlike how I used to clean. I like the cinnamon and other smells of cleaning products used. My cleaning person is thourough and quick. Special cleaning tasks, like wiping down kitchen cabinets, are done on a rotating basis that works well.

Everyone is nice and when I have something that needs to be improved they are receptive to it. I like that the products are not harsh because I use non-chemical cleaning agents on my own. I do wish you had a better sink scrubber though.

I feel comfortable with people I don't know well in my home and feel like they want to take good care of my family.

I personally like the fact that there is a set timeframe - I can plan my day accordingly. The cleaning person does a very good job and is courteaus and polite and professional with comments or questions.

Usually have the same person (Lori) who cleans for us on a weekly basis. If Lori is gone, usually have another person who is her "back up" (Keshia).

Sandy is an excellent employee. She is professional and personable. Sandy listens to what I prefer and does a thorough job. My only complaint is not knowing until the morning of our cleaning what time Sandy will be here.

Most Merry Maids are very component and careful in cleaning. Also, if asked to do something other than what's on the cleaning schedule for that day, most accommodate me. I am very satisfied with my Merry Maid SAMANTHA. She is always very pleasant and willing to oblige.

Your company's williness to listen to clients and if there are concerns, take care of those concerns at your earliest convenience. If something needs repairing or replacing, that is taken care of also. The attitude of the individual (Josie) that offers service is thorough, dependable, trustworthy and professional.
