Both the woman (Tricia) and the occasional substitute (Mo) who clean are house are very thorough, friendly, and attentive to our specific requests.

It depends who is here to clean. Some of your staff does a much better job than others. Monica has been cleaning our home for several months and she is outstanding.

You are dependable, you attempt to satisfy and you are concerned about your clients. My experience with the employees that have served me are positive. They were are cordial, good workers and aim to please if suggestions are made. I select the employee that comes in monthly and that makes for a more cohesive relationship between the client and the employee.

My mom loves your service. The staff is very thorough and professional. Also very friendly. My siblings and I are glad we chose Merry Maids and we feel comfortable with them being in mom’s home. The first time I had Merry Maids at a condo in Germantown, the girl did nothing so I ended the service. Now, a couple years later, I have a house that is a challenge for me so I tried Merry Maids again...HUGE difference. Tyra did a great thorough job. I am very pleased.

My business is dog training, sometimes I ask her to add solutions to your products if i have concerns of certain canine viruses going on to disinfect the mats and room. She has been very compliant with doing so. I so appreciate her for that!
I try to move chairs and equipment around so she can better clean all the dog hair and floor. Please ask her if I need to do more to help her clean better, She usually cleans on Fridays .
Sometimes the "the Poop bag" is left if I do not work on Thurs. evening to dispose of it. She can just throw it out the door next to the planter and I will pick it up during the weekend.
Monica is my friend even tho I never met her, she makes my life so much easier! Thank you Monica!

Tyra did a great job! Brandon worked well with her when he joined in the afternoon. I was in the house briefly around 3:30. Three other people joined them late. That's a lot of people in a small home. After I left a vase was broken and carpeting in front of the kitchen was wet.

I realize my home was very dirty and required a lot of cleaning. It looks very good now.

Marla does a wonderful job. When I walk in I can tell and see the differences. I love a clean home and "grew up " with one. I love the flexibility I have with Marla to be able to go and visit family or have friends to my home and entertain there without worrying the condition of my house. I grew up with a clean capacity mother and Marla helps me stay in line with her. PS I never will be my mom - she was sooo great. Thanks

Services are very good - but I don’t understand why the cleaners don’t know to tuck in the sheet at the foot of the bed after laundering them.
They are thorough, efficient, and courteous.
