Most of the time, one can list all the things that go wrong, but just have a satisfied smile and then, take it for granted, when things go right. ... so I'll try:-) just two: no strong after 'fragrance', everything on my 'list' is taken care of in a through, efficient way... and then, there is the friendly interchange. Merry Maids makes my day.

I like Merry Maids because I can count on them to come when scheduled. Their staff is well trained, they have a notebook with instructions about our home, so if they are new, they have the information. Merry Maids has had our house key for more than 15 years, we trust them.
We aren't always home when they come because we are retired. I love to come home to a clean house !! The floors look great !! I like the clean smell of my house after they've been here !!

I loved their electronic dispatch system that lets me know when the cleaner is on her way, when she arrives at my place and when she is finished. The job that my cleaner does is always exceptional. You do a very thorough cleaning of what needs to be done in my home. You always keep me informed of when to expect Heidi the young lady who cleans for me. Using the right products for my home because of my allergies. Heidi the young lady that cleans for me is always very cheerful and friendly.
