The cleaning team always leaves our home spotless and smelling fresh. They almost never miss a spot and always pay close attention to the details when cleaning. We specifically request the same cleaner, Anna Patynia, each time, and she’s been doing a fantastic job of keeping our home in tip-top shape.

I also like how flexible Merry Maids is with payment. We can pay by personal check or debit / credit card, and the office staff allows us to carry a small balance without getting worried that we won’t pay it, nor do they constantly hound us about it. It’s refreshing to see a company that trusts its customers.

Finally, I enjoy Merry Maids’ ease of communication. I can send a text message to their dedicated text messaging number and complete all my scheduling, payments, questions, etc. via text message, and it’s all taken care of with a prompt response. Couldn’t be easier to communicate with Merry Maids’ staff!

When we got home the home looked amazing - and smelled soo good! Thank you for doing such a great job.

Everything was cleaned per the checklist. The house did not smell like bleach either so we liked the products used. The staff was also very friendly and hard working, they did a great job, we were very impressed.

It was quick and the job was done excellently.

The MM man arrived on time, even a bit early, was very organized and explained what he was doing all along. He did an excellent job cleaning the bathroom and explained why he could not clean the mold completely off the tiles (which I understood and accepted).

The person who cleans my home does an amazing job. She adds those little touches like folding the last sheet of toilet paper and paper towels into a triangle. I love the way she folds the towels too. Everything is spotless and she is the nicest person!

I love having someone else clean my house. Of all the services I have used over the years, Merry Maids is the best and most responsive.

I especially like how fabulous my kitchen counters look and feel from the product you use.
The bathrooms always look great and whatever you use on the toilet seems to keep it clean for some time. And one more thing, anything glass - mirrors, cabinets, etc. are extremely shiny and
brighter than I have ever seen them.
