I like the idea that the same individual provides your cleaning services. It allows the home owner and staff member to build a working rapport and several people are not entering your home all of the time.
I like the app that tells you when they arrive and leave so that I can plan accordingly! Carla does a wonderful job, she has come a couple of times now and I am always very pleased as my house always looks and smells great!
Your team member, Laura, was extremely courteous and very thorough - my Mother's apartment had not been cleaned well in several months, especially for all the pet fur. We definitely will be using Merry Maids again!

The cleaning team (or individual) is efficient and thorough. They willingly do little extra tasks when asked. I particularly like the team concept because they work out what parts of the tasks
to be accomplished by whom and finish in a more timely fashion than when only one comes to the job.
I am not particularly aware of the products used. I was pleased to see that my team had a newer less loud vac.
