Very responsive, great service, and they make it easy. The house looks amazing, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Before they leave you can do a walk through and anything you find they happily fix before they leave. If you find anything else within 24h just give them a call and they said they will happily stop by the next day to fix it. They care about service and I appreciate their hard work.
We are extremely impressed with the level of service provided by our Merry Maiden. Not only are they incredibly timely, always arriving promptly as scheduled, but they are also incredibly polite and courteous. The crew is also very flexible and willing to work around my schedule and any special requests we may have. We highly recommend Tay and Keke, personally - they have provided us with first class service exceeding our expectations and needs with thorough and professional cleanings.

My house was a disaster. Between morning sickness, and then my 6 year old being randomly hospitalized I needed HELP. I had every intention of trying to clean a little before they came but just didn’t have time (we are still dealing with lots of doctor appointments). The maids cleaned basically everything. I literally could have cried, I know it’s a service and that I paid for it, but it was just so amazing to get the help I needed. We don’t have family in the area so when things get crazy it’s usually up to me and myself alone to get things caught up. I absolutely expected to get an extra charge or bigger bill, but Merry Maids didn’t charge me extra. I will definitely be using their services consistently for the foreseeable future and I look forward to finally feeling like I can catch up without constantly cleaning.

Courtney was good. She was very accommodating she drove a very long distance
I don’t really recommend people because I don’t know anyone that closely. 😩 That said, C (I keep trying to call her “Chelsea,” though I know that’s not her name) did a bang-up job. We would like to have her back, if possible. The only thing done not to my specs was floor mopping, but that’s because I use a certain cleaner. Our floors have years of dirt on them that I don’t think anyone cleaned before I did. I wound up redoing the floors after C came. Perhaps she could do everything BUT mop, since I’m so weird about it?
Elizabeth and Jasmine did a great job with my deep cleaning. They did their thing and I was amazed at how the nooks and crannies were fabulously done. Great job.
