I am a long time customer of Merry Maids! I highly recommend this company. It starts with the friendly phone call reminder of when the team will arrive at my home...to the professional cleaning service I receive when they leave my home smelling and looking beautiful! The little professional touches such as the gold seal on the toilet paper to the little card left on my table.

I can rely on Merry Maids to be there each and every cleaning service. The team is friendly and listens attentively to any and all of my needs and concerns of the house. They treat my home with love and care. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness of being sensitive to my pet in the house.

We contracted with Merry Maids to provided service on three days during the week that our regular porter was on vacation. They arrived on time during window that had been provided the day before by the office. They had all of the equipment they needed, except paper products for bathrooms (we agreed to provide those items). They went about their work in a methodic and considerate manner. They asked questions where appropriate and advised of any issues they came across as the cleaned their way through the building. A great experience with all involved from the office to the staff who actually cleaned the building. Thank you Merry Maids! I look forward to working with you again in the future.

All of the regular crews do a great job. Sometimes I think I have to explain too much to the non-regulars - those who come here only rarely, or it's their first time. These things should be in the notes, or the new teams should read them more thoroughly. However, on the credit side, this has improved in the last year - even the new people seem to be better briefed on my little quirks and idiosyncrasies.

First time using your service. The women were pleasant and clean. The house looks better than I have done!

The products used are tailored for each client, in case there are sensitivities
to specific chemicals or odors.

The Maids consistently follow the specific directions and cautions in our care plan. They are aware of our concerns about our dog escaping through an open door. They only use products for dusting and floor cleaning that we've approved.

I requested that lemon oil be used on the wood furniture and the ladies do that for me. The wood always looks great. I lost a Merry Maid favorite recently and had a visit from Paula. She did a wonderful job and would like for her to come on a steady basis but i am not sure she works on Friday. She came on a Tuesday because the schedule had to be adjusted. Normally they come to my house on a Friday. If possible i would like to see her clean my house in the future. She did a great job. The house looked wonderful. She was friendly, professional, kind and considerate.

We are pleased with the job most of the workers do. Some seem to be more thorough than others. Rosa and Monique did a really great job.

Overall I would like to commend Rosa a continued great job week after week. There was one occasion I came home after a cleaning and things just did not seem the same. So I questioned if Rosa actually did the cleaning that day. I confirmed this the following week on my confirmation phone call and learned that Rosa was off that day. Rosa does a great job that is noticeable when she is not there. Thank you to Rosa for keeping our house clean and being so friendly when our paths do cross.
