2. If there's a problem/issue both office and crew are NEVER defensive about it...just want to know what the issue is and correct it. Very open to input.
3.If an accident happens where something gets damaged they always tell me about without me having to call and complain...they leave a note about the issue. By the way, accidents RARELY happen.
