I feel comfortable leaving the Merry Maids alone in my home. Over the past 15-or-so years I've had no problems with breakage, or with them failing to do a duty that I'd requested. The women are always friendly, but anxious to get to work, which I appreciate. I'm pleased with their willingness to clean on my schedule, and occasionally make last minute adjustments.

The cleaning done to my home was excellent. Close attention and fine detailing contributed to Merry Maids leaving my house in pristine condition.

Merry Maids is always prompt, thorough, and easy to deal with. When I do encounter the cleaning team, they are always friendly and pleasant.

The bathroom floors shined. You could eat off of them. Dedicated time was taken with me when some items were missed (which could happen to anyone). It was corrected the next day. That is good customer service!

The service that Cindy and Courtney provide is excellent. The products seem to do a good job in cleaning.
